All data lives in Google Cloud's US regions, in a private VPC behind a HIPAA BAA. Backups are automated daily and retained per HIPAA's 6-year requirement.

No, not by default. SUPER_ADMIN platform staff can view org-level metadata (plan tier, user counts, billing) but require a customer-approved support ticket plus break-glass elevation to access tenant clinical data. Every access is logged in a customer-visible audit trail.

Yes. We support trial-by-trial, frequency, duration, and task-analysis data with offline capture, automated graphing, mastery criteria, and AI-assisted progress notes.
